Malaysians are patriotic?

Adakah rakyat Malaysia boleh dikira sebagai patriotik? Satu persoalan yang tidak mampu dijawab oleh orang-orang kebanyakan. Kalau soalan ini ditanya secara random, semestinya ramai yang akan menjawab, "aku Malaysian dowh..ofkos aku patriotik".

Tapi apa yang korang buat, yang mampu nobatkan diri korang Malaysian?

Contoh senang, game Malaysia vs Arsenal hari tu? Cuba tengok gambar ini..

Still nak panggil korang Malaysian? Main kat Bukit Jalil tapi macam main kat Emirates. Memang la dengar korang jerit 'Malaysia, Malaysia'. Tapi tengok la, satu stadium merah. Berapa kerat je yang pakai warna kuning or biru. Sama la macam game dengan Liverpool hari ni. Fanatik pon fanatik jugalah. Tapi agak-agaklah. Pemain-pemain kita perlukan sokongan kita semua. Kalau dah semua pakai merah, tak ke cuak player kita tengok.

Satu lagi, patriotik sangat ke kalau korang merusuh tengah-tengah bandar kononnya nak hapuskan corruption dalam kerajaan? Penulis tidak memihak kepada mana-mana organisasi, Bersih mahupun Government. Dua-dua sama saja penulis tengok. Sama-sama bertindak tanpa menggunakan anugerah yang Tuhan berikan, akal fikiran. Macam manalah Malaysia nak maju kalau rakyat dan kerajaan tidak bersefahaman? Lagipun budaya merusuh di jalanan ini amatlah jauh dari budaya kita, budaya Malaysia. Takkanlah korang nak jadi macam peristiwa 13 Mei 1969?
